The SENRYU (The poem that 17 syllable are short in the haiku and the same form) began the day when August 25th 1757(Horeki 7), first Senryu（real name：Hatiemon Karai）did the beginning of the MAEKU-DUKE performance of the SENRYU style.
        In coming August 25th, 2007, it falls on the day of 250 of SENRYU origination when it should commemorate.
        For the person about the SENRYU, it is the day of the commemoration which is not else.
        We are recalling history in SENRYU 250 years, and we will conduct a commemoration event as the milestone which heads in SENRYU 300 years.
